If this product fades, breaks, or contains any defect, we will refinish or replace the defective materials at no cost to you.

To qualify for this warranty, the product(s) must be installed in their original location, and cannot be installed in or parallel to the ground.

Products which are installed to stucco require studs and spacers with a minimum standoff of ¼ inch. There is no warranty for plaques installed directly to stucco without the standoff. The chemicals from the stucco can create a reaction that will damage the clear coat and metal finish of the plaque. 

Every order includes a drill pattern mounting guide to assist with installation.

Precision tooled seals are typically produced in 11-14 business days.

Cast seals are typically produced in 15-18 business days.

We currently ship to anywhere within the continental USA. Military seals take an average of 12 business days to manufacture, and 3-6 business to ship to its final destination.

Warning: Never wash with common harsh detergents or chemicals such as Comet, Ajax, Soft Scrub, or similar abrasive solutions as they will scratch finishes.

• To clean this product, use a soft cloth, rag, or sponge and warm, soapy water. We recommend using gentle, liquid dish soap.
• Always carefully wipe in the same direction as the grain. 
• Dry with a soft rag or cloth.
