Refund policy
At Signs & Branding Products, Inc., we take pride in the craftsmanship of our premium architectural signage. Because our products are custom-manufactured to your specific requirements, we utilize the following guidelines for returns and warranties.
1. Damage Upon Arrival & Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 14 days of delivery.
- Resolution: We will repair or replace the defective item at no additional cost to you.
- Process: Contact our support team immediately to initiate a claim.
2. Lifetime Manufacturer’s Guarantee
We stand behind the durability of our materials. All products include a Lifetime Guarantee against fading, chipping, or cracking under normal environmental conditions.
- Installation Status: The guarantee is valid only if the sign remains installed in its original location.
- Approved Hardware: The sign must have been installed utilizing the hardware provided we provided with your order.

Product-Specific Environments: Certain materials have environmental limitations. Please refer to individual product pages for details. For example:
- Products that are not explicitly designated as "marine-grade" are excluded from this warranty if installed in a coastal environment (i.e., within 50 miles of a coast).
- Products that are not suitable for installation outdoors are excluded from this warranty if installed outside.
- Resolution: If your sign fails to meet these standards, we will provide a professional repair or a full replacement.
3. Satisfaction & Quality Assurance
If the product received does not match the online description or fails to meet our professional quality standards, please reach out to us. We are committed to working with you to ensure the final product meets your expectations and project specifications.
4. Custom Order Returns & "Scrap Value" Credits
Because every sign is custom-made to order, we cannot accept general returns for a full refund. However, we offer a unique material reclamation credit:

Reclamation Credit: We may be able to reclaim materials for their scrap value. This credit is worth up to 50% of the item’s cost, capped at a maximum of $500.
- Requirements for Return:

- You must call (651) 300-3992 to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) Number.
- The RA Number must be clearly marked on the exterior of the return packaging.
- The item must be returned to the shipper within 30 days of the original receipt.

Non-Refundable Fees: Please note that art charges, crating fees, custom paint matches, shipping costs, and mounting patterns are non-refundable.
5. Installation Accidents
We understand that mishaps happen during the installation process. If a part is damaged during install, please call us. We offer discounted replacement parts and components to help you get your project back on track.
