Find the Right Font for Your Sign Letters

Enter your text below and see it in all of our standard fonts, or provide us with a custom font from another website like Google Fonts or Adobe Fonts.

Not finding the right font? Find one at Google or Adobe and we can use that instead:

Custom Fonts

Can’t find the right font? Go custom.

We are not limited to our standard fonts. If you have a specific brand font or a unique style in mind, we can likely manufacture it. However, because we are creating physical products—not just digital designs—there are a couple considerations:

1. File Requirements

To ensure 100% accuracy, we require one of the following:

  • Font Files: .TTF (TrueType) or .OTF (OpenType).
  • Vector Outlines: .AI, .EPS, or .SVG files where the text has been converted to "outlines" or "curves."

2. Structural Integrity & Stroke Weight

For a sign letter to be durable, it must have a minimum "stroke" thickness. If a font is too spindly or thin, the material (acrylic, metal, or foam) may snap during production or installation. Additionally, small details such as interior corners or holes may need to be adjusted slightly to accommodate physical tools and processes (e.g., the width of a router bit or sander)

Custom Font Resources

We have access to licenses for many free and professional custom fonts. Here are a few helpful resources:

  • Google Fonts (Free & Open Source): Great for web-safe fonts that translate well to physical signs.
  • Adobe Fonts (Professional): Ideal if you already have a Creative Cloud subscription and a set brand identity.
  • WhatTheFont: Upload an image of a sign you like, and this tool will help you identify the font so we can match it.
