The height refers to the height of an uppercase letter "A" of the selected font. So if you select 4 inches the uppercase "A" will be 4 inches tall, but other letters may be shorter or taller (see image above). If all letters are ordered in lowercase, they will be still be scaled to an uppercase "A", which will make most letters smaller than the height you specify.

Studs
1/4 thick or thicker have holdes to connect threaded studs. 1/8 thick letters have plastic blocks applied to connect the studs.
Pads
Plastic pads are glued to the back. These are mounted using construction grade adhesive.
Double-Sided Tape
Strips of VHB tape are applied to the back. Only warrantied for interior, flat, drywall installations.
Full Coverage Double-Sided Tape
Back is fully or partially covered with VHB, double-faced tape. Only warrantied for interior, flat, drywall installations.
Combination Mount
Have studs through a pad on the top portion of each letter and pads on the bottom portion. Letter height must be 6 inches or taller.

- Always carefully wipe in the same direction as the grain.

Cor-Ten steel sign letters (a.k.a., weathered steel) develop a beautiful, protective rust layer that prevents deeper corrosion—perfect for modern industrial or rustic designs.
Please note that weathered steel is naturally silver in appearance, and achieves a weathered look as it is exposed to the elements. Every letter may not appear the same due to the sign's location and duration of element exposure.
The letter heights range from 2 inches to 36 inches tall, and can be either 1/8 or 1/4 inch thick.

All of our products are custom made to your specifications. Manufacturing can take 5-12 business days depending on your product and its specifications. Once manufactured, it typically takes between 3-6 business days for an order to ship to its final destination.
Once your order has been delivered to the shipping company and you will be emailed a shipment tracking number. Currently, all of our packages are sent via UPS.

Currently, we do not ship outside the continental USA. (Sorry Alaska and Hawaii!)

All of our products are backed by our lifetime guarantee. Should any product we make fade, break, or crack we will refinish or replace the affected materials at no cost to you assuming these conditions are met:
- The product was installed in an approved location. Some of our products are not suitable for outdoor installation (e.g., signs with double-faced tape mounting, laminated signs) or in certain harsh environments (e.g., industrial, chemical, heavy machinery areas.)
- The product was installed in its original location.

If you receive a product that does not match the description online or you feel the quality isn’t up to standards, we will work with you to provide a product that will satisfy your expectations.
If you just don't like the product or have changed your mind, we will work with you to find a replacement. We cannot reuse returned items because each order is custom made with unlimited possibilities. We are happy to send samples and digital proofs in advance to ensure you are certain of your purchase before placing an order.
In some instances we may be able to offer a credit up to 50% of the product's price up to a maximum of $500.

Our flat cut metal signs are created by cutting individual letters and shapes from a flat sheet of metal using a water-jet or laser. Made in the USA.

Flat cut metal sign elements can be ordered as short as 1/2 inch tall up to 95 inches tall as a single piece depending on the metal material and finish.
Letters larger than 95 inches will be delivered as multiple pieces (e.g., 2 pieces to form a single letter).
The following thicknesses are available based on the material you select:
- Aluminum = 1/8, 1/4, 3/8, 1/2, 3/4, and 1 inch thick
- Brass = 1/8, 1/4, 3/8, 1/2, and 3/4 inch thick.
- Bronze = 1/8, 1/4, 3/8, and 1/2 inch thick.
- Copper = 1/8, 1/4, and 3/8 inch thick.
- Stainless Steel = 1/8, 1/4, 3/8, and 1/2 inch thick.
- Cor-Ten Steel = 1/8 and 1/4 inch thick
Finishes vary based on the material you select. Each material is available in brushed and polished finishes.
Aluminum sign letters can be anodized with a coating that provides greater corrosion resistance, and can color the surface (e.g., gold, light bronze, black).
Bronze, brass, and copper letters are available in light, medium, and dark aged finishes - achieved through oxidization.
Bronze and brass are also available in weathered patinas such as turquoise and verde patinas.

Yes, we can paint your flat cut metal letters in any color you like.
However, you may want to consider painted flat cut acrylic letters instead because you can usually achieve the exact same look for a lower cost.
