Halo Lit Black Anodized Aluminum Channel Letters & Numbers

Make your signage extraordinary with our precision-crafted back lit black anodized aluminum channel letters. These channel letters are fabricated by cutting aluminum sheets to form the letter's face, and then precisely bending and welding aluminum strips (returns) along the perimeter to create a hollow, three-dimensional letter.  This results in aluminum letters that are both durable and lightweight. 

Our halo lit black anodized aluminum channel letters offer the greatest design flexibility with heights ranging from 6 to 96 inches tall, thicknesses from 1 to 6 inches, and strokes as narrow as 3/8".

These channel letters undergo a specialized electrochemical process called anodization, which hardens the surface, making them highly resistant to scratches, corrosion, and salt air. Every letter is built to last and proudly backed by a lifetime guarantee.

Our anodized aluminum channel letters are available in black, clear, gold, champagne, light bronze, bronze, dark bronze satin finishes.

Choose from 7 standard LED colors: white (7000K), natural white (5000K), warm white (3000K), red, green, yellow, or blue.  Request a quote if you would like a specific, RGB-programmed LED color.

The heights of these anodized aluminum letters range from 12 inches to 60 inches tall, and from 1 to 6 inches thick. Request a quote for heights over 36 inches, and/or thicknesses over 6 inches.

UL labels are required for inspection and will be placed on the bottom of the letters by default. If you would like them placed somewhere else, please let us know. 

Electrical information with a wiring diagram and instructions are included. Lead wires will be located in the center back of each piece by default. If you would like the lead placed elsewhere please let us know. Standard leads are 3 wire, 10 foot long cables. 24V Class 2 power supplies included based on your sign's requirements. 

Anodization is an electrochemical process that creates a protective, thicker layer of aluminum oxide on the surface of aluminum. This process makes the aluminum surface harder, more durable, and resistant to corrosion. It also makes the surface porous, which allows us to color this oxide layer.

Anodized aluminum sign letters are a popular choice for outdoor applications for three main reasons:
