Pad Mount

This mount is for letters up to 24" tall. Threaded blocks are solvent-bonded to the letter's back to receive a perforated pad. Silicone adhesive should be used to adhere the pads to the mounting surface.

Combination Mount
Combination Mount

Threaded blocks are solvent-bonded to back. The top portion of the letter receives studs through pads and the bottom has pad only. n surface with silicone.

Combination All Mount
Combination All Mount

Threaded blocks are solvent-bonded to the backs to receive a stud. Adjustable through-pads are screwed on to the studs so letters can be offset from the mounting surface.

We currently ship to anywhere within the continental USA. Once the product is manufactured, it takes between 3-6 business days for it to ship to its final destination.

Care information

Warning: Never wash with common harsh detergents or chemicals such as Comet, Ajax, Soft Scrub, or similar abrasive solutions as they will scratch finishes.

  • To clean this product, use a soft cloth, rag, or sponge and warm, soapy water. We recommend using gentle, liquid dish soap.
  • Always carefully wipe in the same direction as the grain. 
  • Dry with a soft rag or cloth.

Description

The most budget-friendly choice for channel lettering. Our formed plastic channel letters are created by heating plastic sheeting over a mold to create hollow-backed, dimensional letters. They are an excellent option for large exterior signs on monuments, pylons, and storefronts, and are also commonly installed in building lobbies and store departments.

Formed plastic letters can be painted in any custom paint color.  You can also select one of our pigmented color options.  

Letters are available as short as 4 inches or as tall as 48 inches. For letters over 30 inches tall, please contact us for quote.

Pigmented plastic channel letters are an excellent choice if your sign will be installed in a coastal area (within 50 miles of the ocean.) These letters are naturally UV-stable and color pigmented all the way through so there’s no top layer of paint for the salt air to get under.

Selecting the Right Letter Height

As a rule of thumb letters should be 1 inch tall for every 10 feet of viewing distance. So if customers are 100 feet away you need letters at least 10 inches tall.
